Each beach home offered as Betterway™ Interval Ownership is divided into 13 equal shares. One deeded share entitles you to four weeks of ownership of a unique piece of coastal real estate every year, one in each season—summer, fall, winter, and spring. As each year passes, your exclusive vacation weeks rotate forward by one week… introducing you to all the many things to experience here in the Lowcountry, as each new season unfolds and brings forth its own delights.

Here's an example of how all 13 interval shares rotate forward by one week each year. Over time, every owner gets to visit every week of the year—including popular holidays, like July 4th week. Many owners decide to purchase two or more shares (usually contiguous) so they can settle in for two or more weeks at a time. Note: Weeks run from Friday to Friday.
